Turkcell Starry Nights 2021 hosted Berkay and his audiences on the fourth night. The famous pop singer performed popular old and new songs, but he started the concert with his song "İnanırım" released in 2014. Berkay mesmerized the audience with his lively songs, and they had pleasant moments with the surprise of his daughter's appearance on the stage which increased the dose of enthusiasm in the second half of the concert. Confetti showered down in his song "Carnival", released in 2021, and audiences cheered happily as if they were in a carnival. Berkay performed a song of Duman that is "Bu akşam" and Kenan Doğulu's popular song "Şans Meleğim" in the concert which gave the audience an unforgettable time.
